If you have visited our salon in the last year you know how serious we take everyone's health & safety and as we are getting back to "normal" we continue to take things step by step. 

CURRENTLY MASKS ARE OPTIONAL

IF YOU WOULD PREFER A MAKED APPOINTMENT PLEASE LET STAFF KNOW

Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children are allowed with you during your appointment. We will ask that no children under 12 years of age come for services for now as every client must come in alone. 

Clients will be required to wash or sanitize their hands upon check-in.

We will not be offering beverages at this time.

In an effort to adhere to the stringent social distancing rules set in place and the nature of our small salon space we will be working with a limited staff and capacity. All the stylists are having to change their scheduled days and hours so please be flexible on scheduling. Please respect that stylists cannot work outside of their shift. 

 

APPOINTMENT PROTOCOLS

When booking any service appointment we will require a credit card to be stored on file to allow for reservations and if any cancellations occur.  We understand cancellations may be necessary, but for any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice (barring an extreme emergency or illness) there will be a cancellation fee of THE FULL SERVICE PRICE. We have updated our cancellation policy because in order to be open and safely operate right now the stylists are allowed very limited amounts of time to work. Thank you for understanding. 

If you need any products but do not have an upcoming appointment please call the salon and we can set up a curbside pickup!
