Above is a price range of services. Each stylist sets their own prices so if you have a question about a specific stylist's pricing please call the salon. All color pricing depends on length and thickness of hair. If you would like to have an estimate on specific services, we offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss a future appointment. If a service is not listed on our online booking, please call the salon to schedule an appointment. Some services require a consultation or require a certain time frame so they are not available for online booking.
We understand cancellations may be necessary, but for any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice (barring an extreme emergency) there will be a cancellation fee of half of the service total. For all esthetician’s services (hair removal or skincare), a cancellation or rescheduling fee will be the total amount of the scheduled services.
We love children, but unfortunately our environment with scissors, razors, and chemicals is not kid friendly. Unless a stylist has approved a child’s cut, we ask that you make other accommodations and do not bring children to Vain for their own safety.
We hope you love our products as much as we do, but we understand sometimes products work differently for different people. We are happy to exchange a gently used product or refund the amount of an unopened product within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
We want you to be exceptionally happy at each visit to Vain. If ever a cut, color, or skin service is not exactly what you wanted, please contact us and we would be happy to set up a tweak for you.
We love doing makeovers, but if you ever desire a drastic change like platinum blonde, a specialty color like blue or pink, or anything that is far from your current color, we ask that you please let us know when booking so we can schedule an appropriate amount of time for you.
